Upload a CSV file containing electric distribution assets. Each asset type must be uploaded separately.
The assets are created asynchronously, so the it may take a few minutes until the assets are accessible via the API.
When uploading pole and oh-primary data, the feeder data must be uploaded first.
The supported asset types include:
distribution/feederdistribution/poledistribution/oh-primary
