Update a task's status to flown.
If the task's status is already flown, completed, or needs review then the status will not be changed.
Before a task can be marked as flown, all of its image parcels need to be uploaded. If any image parcels haven't yet been uploaded, then an error message will be returned, and the task's status will not be changed. This requirement only applies to image parcels, because they are required for further processing to continue.
If the task is associated with a wind workflow, then the change of status will cause ML processing of the task's image parcels to begin.
