Get all recent wind ML tasks, along with the asset details, and the time ML was completed.
A recent wind ML task is any wind task whose status is needs review or completed, and update_time is within the past 7 days.
Results will be grouped by the task's tenant ID, with each tenant's tasks ordered in ascending order based on the ml_completed_at value (oldest ML tasks first).
